Forcing toy companies to test their products for lead /November 9, 2009 by Shingo Shimizu

Fortunately, there are now laws that force toy companies to test their products for lead. Unfortunately, because these are expensive tests, smaller toy companies can't afford to test and go out of business. Read more of this story in the upcoming January issue of Popular Mechanics.
